Just wondering, since I've noticed a few artists are really fond of the idea that a female having sex with a much larger male should have a significantly distended abdomen. I'm not an expert in female reproductive anatomy - I have a good working knowledge, of course, bring married and a father - but I'm pretty sure that for the shape of a penis to bulge out of a partner's abdomen, we'd be looking at severe internal injuries, like a ruptured uterus or torn bowels.
