Ever had one of those times where everything seems to be going better and then you find out 'whoops no it isn't'?

Apparently, despite thinking that I'm doing much better at this job, I got pulled into my manager's office today and got told there's been customer complaints about me being rude. Problem is while back at Shell I'd think "Oh yeah, that jerkoff. I told him to go to hell, but he told me a lot worse" and turn him into a Customer Disservice comic.

Thing is, this time I have no idea what in the holy hell he's going on about.

Kinda frustrating really, I thought I liked this place a lot more and that I was fitting in fairly well here... turns out that I was wrong.

So yeah, I'm gonna start looking around at other jobs and get the hell out of retail if I can. Its clear that it's just a bad fit for me.
