~ TayohShadowind Q: How often are trade journals posted?
A: Trade journals are posted once a month, on the 1st of the month. This is so users have more time to complete/work on trades between journals.
Q: I sent a note to the group, but it hasn't been read yet. Am I being ignored?
A: At the moment FT is run by one person ( NovaRaptor ). On average, we check group notes once every seven days. It may take awhile, but we will get to your note! Lists/members are always updated before a trade journal however, so everything is up to date for when it's needed.
Q: What happens if my trade partner doesn't deliver, won't answer my notes, doesn't want to trade after I've completed their half?
A: If they won't answer your notes/have replied that they no longer wish to participate, first, contact the group. FT will look into the matter and contact them. If a negative or no response is given, then FT will ban them from the group and put them on the black list.
Q: Yeah... okay... but what about my half of the trade?
A: In the next trade session, your username will be posted, into a bonus point round. If someone chooses to do something for you, they'll receive three FTpoints to their name. What that person chooses to donate to you is completely up to them. Please do not complain about donated art/writing/etc.
Q: I took on too many trades... I'm not going to be able to complete them in a timely manner, but I don't want to be banned from the group- What do I do?!
A: A trade should be done before the next trade session, however, if you let us and your partner know, then we will give you extra time to complete it. How much extra time is up to your partner. Talk the matter over with them, and see if they wouldn't mind waiting a little longer.
Q: My partners taking too long to complete their half of the trade... what should I do?
A: Communication is key. Talk it over with them. If they miss a few talked over deadlines, contact the group. FT will look into the matter.
Q: What are perks?
A: At the moment, things like having an added trade slot (so you can take 3 trades instead of only 2 per month). Perks may apply to other events and may or may not grant exclusive participation in them. More tba and determined.
Q: What ever happened to the membership cards?
A: Membership cards are now defunct. If you see anything referencing them anywhere, know that they're not longer in play and nothing to worry about. They simply were a little too much hassle to work with.

Trade sessions take place every two weeks though, so waits are never long. ;)
