*hufflepuffs and bloats all over.
Any ideas on how to get photoshop CS something for some amount less than a dollar....less than a single penny?
I want to start making custom thumbnails for my youtube channel and would like a better software to use rather than the basic paint software.

I have looked into GIMP and might try it.
