Is when people never get their dogs fixed and let them continuously make puppies, AND complain when they lose puppies because they were never taken to a vet! I mean, come on! If you cannot afford to get your animals spayed and neutered (properly take care of) then maybe you shouldn't own animals! Or at least make sure you find a home for ONE of the two adults who keep breeding so you won't have any more puppies. THEN get the one dog you decide to keep spayed or neutered :I
