Sooo... Long overdue update.

I would like you all to take your seats so I can tell you about...
Hey there everyone! Sorry I haven't really been that active recently! Been super busy with so many things I haven't really been able to get on here very often. But I have been trying to stay busy and for the most part I have still been doing art. Just very slowly. Thankfully, I don't have any commissions out right now, so no worries there! (On that note, I probably won't be taking any for a least another month if you were thinking about one.)
So I have started a new job working at the local supermarket down the road. I was going to be getting around maybe twenty hours a week, but that quickly went right to full time with probable overtime with in three days of being on the job. They really like me there, and I bust my ass so there is always that risk, I suppose. Hurry for having a steady job!
But this next part is what has been keeping me extremely busy the past two months. Now, just remember that before I say anything I have already made the choice, so appreciated if no one goes one about "oh, don't do it!" or "Why would you do such a thing!". I mean, you could say it if you wanted to, but expect to get little to no response.
I have been working my ass off to get in to the Marines. It's something I have wanted to do from when I was very, very little. Finally, after loosing everything I got, I just figured it was time to try again. Now that I have all my paperwork in, I started to have to get myself back in to shape. So proudly, I say that I have lost over 40lbs and now meet every single physical requirement to join. Well, minus doing the two mile run in the time they want. But I'm damn close to that!
The good news is, the two MOS that I really have wanted to do are open. So when I join I will for sure get either one of them. That being said, I also learned that when I do get my first job and get stationed, I'm going to have to choose between Japan and Hawaii. I mean, come on! How freaking awesome is that?! It's going to be a very, very hard choice. But I think that ultimately I will choose Hawaii just for the simple fact that everyone there speaks my language. But it's still a iffy subject because I will also have to think about learning to speak the language if I was in Japan. No better place to learn, right?!
Anyways. I don't have a lot of time, but I just wanted to let you know I'm still alive!
