Ok just heard on the tv about this mother being charge for the death of her son.

Ok so she must have done something bad. No seems the only thing she did was Jaywalk with her son across the road straight to their home. Where a drunk driver ended up killing her son.

So its like really she being charge for the death of her son because a drunk driver came by and killed him. Yes she shouldn't have jaywalk in the first place. Bad mother for doing that You get the fine for doing it but to charge her for the death of her son when last I check drunk drivers do not follow road signs and even if she was using the crosswalk the drunk driver still would have killed her son.
