Adium felt a bit cumbersome, so I made a few changes to how I talk to people. I now use Skype a lot more. GTalk is also now more efficiently connected to AIM, and vice-versa. I used to have real problems adding people on AIM through Gtalk, but signing up to AIM through Gmail could help. Along with this, I am really enjoying twitter. If you follow me and I follow you back, we can talk through DMs (Direct Messages).
