The merry month of June?
Well, not exactly merry, but things have been doing rather well with little negative consequence these past few weeks.
First and foremost, let me give a shout out to all you guys and gals who've been watching me for this long, I appreciate all your support and interest in my work/commissions I get and hope you continue to watch and follow the antics I create.
I'm actually quite glad with the event's that happened this month, recently, my work shift has done a complete change-up and I now have a full-time position where I work. Though its not the best shift in the world, being Friday till Monday nights, its a rather sweet shift to manage and with little worry about having to keep super focused compared to the day shifts.
The only big drawback of this was the gap it left in our coverage net and that I had to resign from going to AC this year because there is no one available to cover the time off I requested for the con. I was quiet peeved about it, especially considering I was going to be driving down there with a friend and seeing a bunch of real close buddies there, notably
MikeMurdock and
Footman who i was planning on spending extra time with. I also feel bad because this was the first time I was going to be rooming with an old friend of mine
TygerStKuan who had always eluded rooming with me, so you can figure FATE had something to do with it...
She's a cruel mistress that one.
Suffice to say, I'm bummed, but on the bright side, its now a full-time shift and I'm working a steady income job, I'll be getting my new car next week and plan on visiting a bunch of my Canadian furry friends and more during my time stuck back in Toronto. Besides, I still have FanEx and MidWestFF to look forward to and then FE and AC next year when I might have a lot more income to work with.
Cheers m8's and until next time.
Keep creepin!
