1- kind of shy, but very defensive about things he cares about. he likes to explore new things, and when it comes to difficult situations, he'll either go for a smart solution that fixes it, or just go for a simple on.

1 - Cocky, bold, open minded, kind of a dick on the surface but a very generous and loving guy once you get to know him. He likes to tease his friends and talk shit but he doesn't mean it. He likes to dress classy and focuses on his job, but turns into an almost careless flirt on his free evenings. Think of James Bond, but a bit more relaxed and dickish.

2 - you can kind of guess by the descriptions - his behavior can be previewed mean and hurtful by people with a thin skin, and some think he is nothing more than a cocky bastard. He has a tendency to flirt up people, which can lead to some heartbreaking since he never wants anything serious. He is afraid of romantic commitment one might say.
as for his strengths, due to his love and dedication for his work (field agent, occasionaly undercover) he is one of the best in the field. He enjoys teaching his skill to newbies to the field and after many years still has compassion for his work.
