Bye bye belly.

So, since two weeks back (Roughly) I've begun this odd thing called dieting. Haven't had a drop of soda or alcohol. Neither have I had chips or candy. And so far, the result is that I've lost 1,7 kilos (3,7lbs.) It's not much, but it's a good motivation for me enough to continue going downwards.
And soon, me and
alex-l aka my houselion are going to start working out properly too. Right now we're doing frisbee and/or badminton in our backyard for 30 minutes every day. The plan is to go to a gym every tuesday and thursday as well as go swimming every sunday so that there will be a fair bit of working out.
And obviously more veggies have been added to my diet as well as things with wholewheat. So yeah, hopefully there will be great results in a few months :)
