Well once upon a time I made the mistake of thinking Skittle was my friend rather than a spoiled child liberal stereotype who cares more about his bona fides than anything else, so I still get this stuff in my FA feed.

a friend is not someone who mindlessly agrees with everything I say. a friend is not someone I would call a trend tranny or assert that their gender or gender expression was wrong just because my experience was different. now, I could keep going with this, but tbh i don't want to speak with you anymore. it's not because of your views. it's because you're insane and expect everyone to conform to them and create this incredibly angry world of self loathing and paranoia and that shit is toxic as hell.
skittle and i don't think you're a bad person. you're just unable to see anyone else's views as being their personal views. you're also becoming dangerous to society in general from what i have heard.

normally i would just block you without saying anything, but i really do want to say. get help. like psychiatric help. the world is not against you, you're creating these situations inside your own head and it's scary. and this is meant in a completely neutral way. it is not meant to insult you, but i do sincerely think you are paranoid and it must be extremely stressful to live that way, thinking that everyone who disagrees with you is horrible or discounting you or your experiences.

I feel like she gets really oppression olympics-y and sort of tries to rank cissexism as "more oppressive" than sexism, equates cissexism to other vectors of oppression that aren't really the same thing at all. Like, she claims that trans women don't at any point in their lives experience male privilege because being treated like a boy was a dysphoric experience, and at some points even claims that male privilege isn't really a thing because her experience with "masculine" expectations was shitty. it doesn't change that (white middle class) people raised as boys within are so much more valued as people when young, whether or not you identify with being a boy- if you get more attention in school, are encouraged to take up space and express yourself, don't live in a culture that devalues your body in a way that GREATLY increases the likelihood of abusive sexual experiences- you have male privilege. period. even if you hate everything about it, you have some benefits here from being perceived as a "boy" as a kid. Trans women experience sexism throughout their lives, DEFINITELY, but that doesn't mean they don't experience male privilege at all, they just experience it differently from cis and trans men.

but generally i think my main beef with her movement is that most of the "transfeminist" ladies I've interacted with take up A LOT of space and are really bad at step forward/step back.
