I see Knuckles is mentioned...and that was the only reason I loved "Sonic X" (and Hironobu Kageyama sang the original Japanese opening theme--he is my favorite Japanese singer)!

"Pony-esque reboot" though? Mmmmmmmmm...I can't say how I feel about that. If it's like comparing "Friendship is Magic" to the original MLP series......so "Sonic Boom" compared to WHICH Sonic series, though? It's not that I dislike MLP:FiM...I've seen a few episodes, it's okay...but it's "The Powerpuff Girls" to me and I wasn't a very big PPG fan. I can watch a couple episodes, but I doubt I could ever watch a whole season in a marathon viewing.

It also makes me wonder...? Voices? Will we go back to the 4-Kids voice actors, which got used in the video games? I never liked that change, because I recognized all the 4-Kids voice actors from "Yu-Gu-Oh!"...and hearing Yami Yuugi doing Knuckles' voice was just weird. I'd like to maybe see a whole new voice cast if they do that!

The thing about "Sonic X" was...it was actually made in Japan...so it's the Japanese trying to make an American show. It came off weird...they tried to set it on Earth (like the Modern Era games), but had this alternate universe thing. Like how the comics tried to adapt the Earth-based storyline of "Sonic Adventure" into their Mobius...it never fit well. If they want to do something, they shouldn't try to MIX things up like that. It should either be "our Earth" or the "Mobius" everyone has ever called Sonic's world before "Sonic Adventure".

And, yep...Dan Green--who voiced Yami Yuugi/Pharaoh Atem in "Yu-Gi-Oh!" did Knuckles the Echidna in the dub of "Sonic X" (and later the 4-Kids voice actors were cast into the game series, around when "Shadow the Hedgehog" came out).

Sonic X wasnt a bad cartoon, it was a good ANIME with a bad DUB

i am veyr aware of that. but the writeng seems to be another reason. a friend of mine tould me that. heck the guy that wrote the show knew nothing about sonic
