Just want this Father's Day to go away fast ASAP. Not all fathers are "caring" "generous" and all of that. Mine was a fucking bastard who cared for nothing but money, women, and drinking. Cheated on my mom sooo many years ago and wasn't around much for his family. One day my mom was wondering why I cane home with a black eye. I didn't tell her the truth till I was in middle school. It was around the holidays and I was reaching for a candy cane when he yelled at me and did a side kick to my eye (yes he was involved in martial arts like my uncle) And on the day my grandmother died in the hospital she was crying out for him and all he would do was flirt with the nurses. Years later I got a letter from him when I started working at Groomin N Roomin. What shocked me the most was how the hell did he find me and knew where I was working. After sooo many years of hate towards him I burned the letter. This is why I hate Father's Day so much because of these emotional scars I've had to carry for all of my 30 years of being alive
