After getting him to agree that, if I put him into gear for play, he will remain in the gear as my pet for an indefinite amount of time. I would start by helping him into full encasement in a full skintight heavy rubber suit. Fitting nice tight heavy mitts to keep him from using his paws. Then I would add a full set of nice padded heavy restraints. I would restrain his arms and legs lightly and then proceed by locking all the restraints, the suit and mitts on. I would make sure he is properly muzzled or gagged and hooded so he can only make proper pup noises. Depending on my mood he might get chastity, but in any case he would likely spend allot of time bound in various positions and remain trapped within the suit. He would get all sorts of teasing, torment, use, and abuse...finding what makes him buck and squirm hard would be soo much fun. He likely would have to endure varoius forms of CBT, electro, spanking, cum control, milking, breath control, etc, etc, etc.and, unless it was brought up as a hard limit before getting geared up, he most definitely would be getting draginmeet deep inside his tight tail quite often...the more he bucks, squirms, struggles, whimpers etc the better.

Well, first off, after getting him all geared up in the nice heavy tight locked-on rubber, and then getting him securely restrained so he can barely move, let alone get away. I would have to toy with him testing how he reacts to the various teasing and torment... find out what gets him to desperately buck, squirm, pull hard at the restraints and cry into the gag/hood/muzzle pleading for me to stop, along with what makes him writhe and moan in pleasure. After discovering what makes him desperately whimper, cry and fight the restraints I would take advantage of that... making him struggle hard for my pleasure and entertainment. I would repeatedly breed/mount/rape him, taking complete advantage of my rubber pup/toy/slave, and if the breeding alone doesn't make him buck and squirm enough for me I would use things like electro etc to encourage him to buck and squirm harder for me. In switching between various positions, restraints, etc I would switch things in a way that he remains quite well under control the entire time, with little to no chance of gaining the upper hand in any way. I would likely remind him that he wanted and agreed to this and that he is mine until such time I choose to let him free. I would likely keep him for more than enough time that his ability to tell how long he has been under my firm control wouldn't be accurate. He would likely be locked in a strict chastity device, and whether or not he is in chastity he would be punished if he had an orgasm without permission. He would learn that 24/7 no safeword/no outs can be very extreme, and could potentially be his last decision if his captor so chooses.

With that I ask what would cause you to desperately struggle in the restraints, also what would make you writhe and moan in pleasure, and what if any hard limits might there be?

You should write third person perspective stories. Dominant POV, you've got a... way with words

I may have to mess around with that idea. My only issue is: do you mean from the Doms perspective or 3rd persons? Or should I attempt something that switches between Dom, sub and 3rd person perspectives...though if I did such I would require some easy way to differentiate between the views, so as to prevent reader confusion which can ruin a good story.

That can be accomplished with either font colour, italics or a combination of the two, but I was moreso refering to from the dom's perspective. Really brings out the subby side when you're reading direct commands about how your master is going to bind you in a tight rubber suit and make you his playtoy

If I were to do this are you suggesting I create a specific character for the sub, or trying to keep it more open that the reader is the sub? I can see difficulty in setting up the reader as the sub...unless it is something that involves things like TF due to various possible species, genders and other variables. A choose you own adventure type story might be interesting also, but can be very tedious to write.
