Not an improvement but just to see more backgrounds with the characters interaction.

I'm honestly not too good at light direction! Most of the time when I'm having troubles, or doing things behind sketches, I end up running things by my partner, who has a much better handle on it. Haha.

But yeah I totally get you on the background thing, that's something I've been skirting around. As far as just using different species, though, that's what my main is for. :P

I watched you because I came across your stunning art, I can't work with pixelated stuff too well so I have a lot of admiration for those with the patience for it.

I continue to watch you because I enjoy your characters and their expressions, as well as your consistency. I'd love to see you work with more colors, you have a really clear understanding of it and that's something I struggle to do.

That's hard to say because your work is really limited in regards to the type of piece and the subject and media. I think adding more breadth by using different mediums and trying a variety of subject matter (not just furry, but still life, architecture, etc) could greatly benefit your portfolio as a whole. But I just like variety :P

Ah yeah, I'm hoping I'll be a bit ballsier in terms of doing different things within the coming year, as I'll be taking an art course and not just rolling in my own comfort zone. Which I'm really bad at doing oops haha I scare myself off 99% of the time.

(but as far as dragons go I totally do a lot of that elsewhere because it gives me an excuse to draw northern forest-y type things ohlawd i love northern forest-y type things)

I found out about this account from your main account when you uploaded a pic of Home there and made mention of this account. I can't remember why I started watching your main account. I guess I just found something interesting about you! I remember one of the first comments I made on your journals was about social anxiety. I can't remember if I was already watching you at that point or if that is when I started. In all honestly I probably just liked your icon! :D

You probably haven't missed too much! Home's story, at least as far as background goes, is pretty well solidified; just not much of it shows here as of yet. I tend to do more information-dump type things over on my tumblr (see things like this, or the world tag in full). As for here, I like out of order vague snippets, which may or may not make any sense.

But as for everything else I'll keep it in mind. I'm definitely going to be tinkering with animation as I go, though. c:
