hey everyone :) just sending out a huge thank you for rewatcching me :) previously i was and i moved here to this new account :)

currently i have rewatched everyone that I had been watching on my previous account, and was going to be transfering over my artwork, but i can't seem to post anything. I think its a glitch :(

anyone else having that issue? when I click submit I get this message:

also have not been able to upload an icon, when I try to upload my icon nothing happens o.o
