i have been having wicked mood swings , some mornings i just do not feel like it is even worth getting my tired old bones out of bed the next moment it is bam i have energy to spare . then fear of losing close friends and relationships then again bam , down in the dumps or maybe i am becoming bi polar bear or something like that it is quite annoying feeling you are not in control of your feelings . last night was real bad . i had to work late and really hit a low finally fell asleep at about 5 am. said a few things i now regret .

but today the sun rose and so did i i was a wee bit tardy did not get out of plushiehaven till almost noon and i finally got to work at 5 ish pm . now i am stiff and sore but functioning and sort of happy , going out of town to visit a good friend for most of the day .....oh and i am feeling creative a real big surprise i made two wonderful sketches as soon as i can bum a friends scanner i will post them . well hug hug huggles as cotton candy would say wizzy the dizzy
