At&t needs to improve their system.
If I cancel service with At&t, they will have my service cut off within 5 minutes
If I downgrade service with At&t, they will have my service downgraded within 5 minutes
If I UPGRADE my service... Well in that case they don't give a shit. They wait a couple days to get around to it.
I'm very patient, on the outside. But on the inside I can get impatient, especially when it's something stupidly small that could take all of a few minutes.
