Nothing, no matter how horrible, ever really happens without the approval of the government, over there and here. The problem isn't the doing, the problem is that the people in power have to admit they knew.- From the movie "Shooter"

Welp I got a commission from a certain artist that I will not name here, it was a collaboration commission from about a year ago.
I was under the impression that it would take perhaps a month or two to complete. Now for the artist a lot of life shit started happening and I was completely ok with the fact that they put the commission on hold so they could take care of their stuff.
Now fast forward to about 6 months after the initial commission. I got a very rough out line of what the commission might look like, mind you it was just lines and circles. Now I gave them the ok to keep going.
Fast forward maybe another 2 or 3 months. I sent the artists a message a little worried about them canceling their commissions. I was assured they were still working on mine. So I relaxed and let it go. Now mind you this was probably in december or at least around there.
Now coming very close to a year later I asked them if I could just get a refund considering I had heard no word from them they were working on other commissions and I was told each was waiting basically on the other. I was tired of waiting and being shown no wip shots. After one sent me a note telling me how much they'd refund I sent a note back that was never read. I then began to send a note once a month, each one was never read. The artist that was originally in charge of the collaboration refuses to answer my notes, shouts, emails or anything. I even went so far as to go to their deviant art and message them there.
So everyone knows I spent a total 380$ on this commission. If you'd like to know who the artists were message me. There will be a post of this on A_B.
