oh sorry and all that it would be nice to have somewhere to freshen up since this old panda will more than likely be sleeping in his van sunday night , is there parking near your place , i was thinking of parking in the same place as two years ago. i will be pulling a little wagon which will have some plushies and a cooler in it and maybe a few towels , so if you think there will be enough room for calaster and i sure we will be honored to suit up at your place , huggles wizzy the dizzy

Parking... I have no idea, there's always curbside parking :p I never paid attention about how many slots are available though.
There are no guest parking at my place.
