well as of to day i feel inexolicably better probably just needed to get some things of my chest is all anways after a couple of rounds in the ring with my friend a shot and a couple of pionts of stout and i feel right as fain .

so yeah i even feel like ive got my old writers spark back so i should finaly be writing again soon other than that
