Slow on Commissions. Inappropriate comments.

Hi all,
I'd just like to apologize for being slow on drawing, I caught a nasty cold and took the time to take it easy to recover, should be back to full swing tomorrow!
Thank you again everyone for your incredible patience, I'm doing my absolute best to make sure the wait is worth it!
On some less than awesome news, I've received a completely unnecessary comment on a submission of mine that borderlines on slander of my name and the quality of my product. It was for a situation that happened several years ago now. If you have a problem with something I've made you or done for you, please come to me personally before making a public display of your displeasure. If treated with respect, I'll happily fix the issue to the best I can but also understand that a lot of my handmade products do carry a limited warranty. I do not carry a life-time warranty on anything I make, but as long as the product hasn't been abused, I'm willing to make exceptions. I like to think I'm easy to work with as I usually just want to people to be happy with what I make for them. The issue is though, if I know it's been mistreated and you come at me guns blazing, in all fairness, you can't expect me to want to help you out. And that's just how the real world works, I refused to be threatened and bullied into doing something.
For the most part though, almost all of my commissioners are fantastic people and I won't let one or two Debbie-downers ruin my craft for me. Thank you to you awesome people!
