Here's the deal with that new tablet: an update!
12 years ago
Obviously I'm having some major issues with it, but I don't think it's the tablet itself. I think it's driver issues of some kind?
I can't seem to fix any of it on my own, but I have contacted wacom and am waiting (and hoping) for a response.
I may try calling at a later date if I don't get any reply but hopefully I will @v@;;
OTHERWISE
And probably I'm gonna do this anyway just for the heck of it
I'm thinking about reformatting completely.
Having to do that to make the tablet work, though, means I need a bit of time to organize and backup things. As well as to get some information that I don't have at this given moment (and waiting for a day off to complete it all.)
I'm sorry about the wait to commissioners. I did not expect this happening. 8(
But I'm doing my best to resolve it quickly!

I assume you're pretty computer savvy and have tried a bunch of different thing already?
By the way, one thing that may be causing problems with your tablet: When you plug in a USB device in windows, sometimes a "generic" driver will try to attach to it and cause windows to basically forever associate that device with that incorrect driver. To solve it you have to go into the device manager, find the device in question, and perform the "uninstall" command in there. Then you have to unplug the device, install the real drivers, and finally plug the device back in and then hopefully windows will associate the device with the right drivers.
Just uninstall the drivers completely, reboot your PC, and then install the new one. Make sure all your settings are right, too. It took me a while to get it to where I wanted it working.
If that doesn't fix (cause that's the most common fix anyone can and will suggest) then hopefully Wacom gets back to you.
