Well, despite the fact that he smeared what looks like shit on the walls (really just brown from his couch) and he never returned the keys. Seems I walk away with the upper hand. He is being evicted because he never placed a formal 30days notice.

Otherwise it seems things are getting better for me overall. Josh and I may start looking for a lot to build our house in Yukon and finally start our lives together and I can finally get a dog!!!

I do hope to go to FF and Oklacon. Not sure if I will be there for the entire cons but I want to try if anyone has rooms.. Ill just stay at my Parents for FF. I'm also going to the USITT conference in Dallas next year.

I am so great full for the friends Inhave made so far, which is more than Inexpected really, and you have really helped me through this. Hopefully Ill be a happy panda from now on and just make silly arts.
