Now that I've gotten a little experience with what I have to offer, I will keep my prices the same, but I will add a couple subcategories:

SKETCHES:
$3 Sketches (+$1 per extra character)

DRAWINGS:
$5 Lineart (+$1 per extra character)
$7 Flat color (+$1 per extra character)
$9 Cell shading (+$1 per extra character)

PAINTINGS:
$13 Colored painting of characters (+$2 per extra character)
$17 Colored painting + background (+$2 per extra character)

Please note that I won't be taking commissions from the 2nd to the 8th of July due to Anthrocon coming up.
