It was suuuuuper fun, I loved it! Here's to sum it up:
1. Friday night, we arrived at a place in Pinedale, WY called Chambers House, it's a hotel house and it was a little creepy but very inviting and welcoming. It was a bed and breakfast, and we got an amazing breakfast before we had to leave super early next morning. There were some delicious homemade spice muffins and cinnamon rolls we took with us. I even wished the house a good luck before we left it, it was a really nice stay.
2. Saturday morning, we went to Jackson, WY to meet up with some new friends and went kayaking! Thank goodness for having the wetsuit because the water was cold (but it was refreshing when you have the wetsuit on) and it kept the freaking mosquitos away. The trip was really fun, and while kayaking we saw a bald eagle by it's huge nest above us, it was super cool to see a bird of prey in the wild for the first time.
3. Saturday afternoon, after our kayaking trip. We took a three hour drive through the Tetons and to Yellowstone to get to our campground. When we entered Yellowstone, it was a super magical place, I loved every millimeter of it. Super green and the wildlife was great and simply beautiful all around. The balance of nature there was phenomenal.
4. Both nights of camping, I ate s'mores AND during the late nights I heard wolves howling.
5. Sunday, dad and I went to Old Faithful and saw it blow 3 times. We also walked around the area seeing the other geysers. We also went to see the mud volcano, artists paintbucket, and some others. I was smelling sulfur alllllll day, and I got an amazing headache from that (my bad). Probably killed some braincells from all the toxic smelling stuff, but whatevs I enjoyed looking at the stuff XD.
6. I saw a bear, loads and loads of bison, an elk, a deer, and a coyote. I really hoped to see a wolf (I mean I've seen one before when I was younger...up close... and I pet it be jealooooous heehee , but I wanted to see one in the wild :) No wolf this time :(
All in all, I loved the trip. Minus the mosquitos and having mini panic attacks from hearing the earth rumble sometimes giving me the thought the whole park was going to burst into lava any second. But I had a bunch of fun, I would do it all over again. Maybe next time we could have a campground with a shower this time x.x I was super dirty from all that dirt (ew) . I am super pleased with how people there work so hard to keep the balance of nature alive and to make our human footprint as minimal as possible, as it's supposed to be. I will go back again sometime, and I can't wait to go back! Maybe next time I can bring some friends with me to enjoy it with ^^

Know what you mean about the shower - though my experiences in camping were more about living out of a caravan and camping in roadside parking bays...where you missed having a toilet even more than the shower! And best trailer park we ever stayed in had an own shower for each spot! (also the weather was good, - tropical!)
I know I could look it up online, but I'd rather ask you, and you'd probably like to tell us - what is the Artists' Paintbucket?
