Hello newcomers!

Thank you all for considering me special enough to follow. I very much appreciate that you seem to enjoy my views on controversial subjects, and possibly my art as well! You're all super duper swell people, as I always love a good person with an open mind.
If there's any of you that have any questions or concerns, feel free to shoot me a note! I am actually a Christian believe it or not, and you'll probably see that a lot of my views happen to also intertwine with those beliefs. Fret not, I do not have the same radical views as the standard Christian you will so commonly come across. I do my best to be loving and accepting of EVERYBODY. Except you know, like, murderers and rapists and animal abusers. That shit ain't cool. But your sexual lifestyle, your gender association, your views on equal rights, etc? Those do not matter to me in any shape or form. What matters to me is how you treat me along with our fellow peers. Treat with respect, be treated with respect. That's the way it goes.
But yeah! I definitely hope that we can all be friends, I love making new friends!

If you ever feel like discussing it, I'd be happy to :P
Absolutely, I would love to! No doubt we'll find ourselves having reason to discuss it again.
I most certainly will never tell a person that they're wrong, it's not my place to. There's a number of people out there who have a "I need to see it with my own eyes before I can believe it" line of thinking, and it's far too simple to say "Look all around you! God is everywhere!" because really, all you see is nature, and that is nowhere near enough to cover it. I suppose the belief in God is better understood through spiritual experiences, and if you don't get those (or at least don't feel like you do), why would you have any reason to believe?
I have many friends who are agnostic, and I'm very curious about how they view the world, especially when it comes to things like ghosts and such. Obviously it'd be the same kind of thought, gotta see to believe, but I wonder for those who have seen. I have many friends who are Atheist, and I certainly don't mind that at all, but I will ask them to tone it down when they go out of their way to piss people off who do believe in God. There's no need for such disrespect when that is exactly what they don't want Christians doing to them. Kind of a double-standard.
I have a very atheist mother and grandfather, so there's that, but on the other hand, I have a dad who is very spiritual, and believes in a mix of, from what I can tell, Buddhism, Judaism, and a couple other religions.
My mom is really weird about it too. She seems more curious about religion than anything though. I remember one time some Jehovah's Witnesses came over and she was explaining what she believed and was asking questions about why the believe what they do and such, and they finally said something like "No use wasting time with you, you're just doomed."
But I agree, I've seen some really rude atheists, and I've seen some really rude Christians as well, but I have nothing but respect for the ones that accept anyone. We had a kid in our school who became very religious. It was interesting because before he was a huge pothead, but he was one of the nicest guys I've ever known. He really was a cool guy, he always respected everyone, no matter what they believed in.
I guess every group has their great people, and their, not so great people.
