So, Burning Man 2013 is fast approaching and I am on the hunt for a ticket! I already have mine, but I want to take my buddy to the playa this year for the first time. She's having a rough go of things lately, with a mother falling to dementia and some fairly invasive surgery needs, and that's just shitty. A trip to the desert and a bit of catharsis are what she needs.

If you find yourself with an extra ticket, or know someone who is selling, please do let me know! We're still crossing our fingers for the STEP to come through, and I have some people in Sacramento keeping an ear out too, but I don't want to make her wait until the week before to buy a (possibly faked!) ticket from Craigslist or something. That'd be no bueno. Even if you're not part of the burner community, if you know other people who are attending, please let them know there's a fur in need who could really use a signal boost!
