I'm terrified to write this, but if I don't do it now I'll lose my nerve. It's time for me to, as Elphaba (the so-called wicked witch of the west) said in the musical Wicked, trust my instincts, close my eyes, and leap.

I am proud, nervous, terrified and exhilarated to announce that I am in the late planning stages of a novel. I have never been more sure of something. I tried writing a novel once, but it was poorly planned, and in the midst of the chaotic life of a college student, fast food worker, and big brother, it fell apart. This time I am determined to see this through. This time, I have a story worth telling. I would like to take this opportunity to thank friends for collaborating with me and letting me bounce ideas off of you (you know who you are), and thank all of my other friends for helping me through.

I would also like to send a special shout out to Sammy, Selden, Trask, Sena and Inshera for helping me find the strength in myself to go on and tackle a huge project like this. You guys were so supportive during the early stages of this, and I wouldn't have made it this far without you. You're the best.

This also means that commissions are closed indefinitely. I will finish the one I have at some point, and I may take requests occasionally when I need to work on something else. Bear this in mind though; If the number of requests is overwhelming I will take that away.
