Things are gonna change now!

I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Lately I've been putting on a lot of weight from general laziness, lack of exercise and poor diet. Two weeks ago I got myself checked. I have a 27% body fat content, and I'm 169cm/5'6" tall, that's....not good heh. The upside is I have a lot of muscle mass as well but it's covered in this flab, I have no idea how I got it considering I stopped lifting after high school, I graduated in 2007. I'm still able to flex my arms and chest still. I have immense strength for not ever working out as well. Last I checked I was able to bench over 145kg/300lbs however my poor stamina prevents me from being able to do multiple sets of many exercises, certain tasks at work and I'm sick of it.
Seeing and talking to a lot of my friends from FA about building muscle, working out and everything actually inspired me to get off my lazy ass and do something about it.

achilles as well as others have all inspired me in some way.
As of this past week July 1 2013, I've been working out on and off at home doing various cardio exercises. I just finished an hour of multiple exercises and I'm totally wiped out x3 Had to push myself. Gonna start doing it more often than just once/twice a week and I gotta start eating better as well, all we ever have is junk in this house but the downside, eating better comes with a price :\
If anyone has any pointers, fire them my way :3
I'm not trying to become hulk or anything, I'd like to be a good size but leaner as well.
As of today 8 July, 2013
Height: 169cm/5'6" (I'm 24, I won't get taller x3)
Weight: 96kg/211lbs
May or may not make weekly updates :P

Start with analyzing your diet. At 27% BF, you can probably fix quite a lot of your tiredness by cutting out a bunch of carbs. But, really do look at the composition of your diet because some folks work better with more carbs and less protein. Then there are folks like me, who when we eat carbs, we lose energy.

OP
that's actually me as well, I've been eating more protein lately and I dont feel so lousy anymore, I'm complimenting the carbs with the protein and eating smaller portions. with my general large size it takes a nit to fill me up so I gotta not fill up with junk and carbs

I run into the same problem - always hungry. But, once you get your meals spread out evenly so you are not subjecting your body to huge carb loads and crashes, you will feel much better, have constant energy and start shedding a lot of weight.
