Someone rang on my doorbell this afternoon, and I was wondering who that might be - I went to open it, and there were bunch of kids from the street with a huge basket, in which was a little puppy with a broken foot. They were collecting money for the vet, for the puppy.

OMG... I was so touched I gave them waaaaay too much, called my vet, and he is on his way to see the puppy.

I just love those kids, when I get better, I'm gonna get them to the supermarket and let them pick the ice cream they want.

After all those stories of kids harassing and torturing strays, this is just wonderful thing to happen.

Honestly, they are super great kids.
