I apologize to those who were trying to get in touch with me last night. My network has been experiencing issues. Well, not just my Wifi but also shockwave flash. I was on the phone with technical support for 3 hours, which ended before 2:30am. I have a suspicion either technical support shut off my Wifi while fixing Shockwave or our Wifi Ethernet is on the fritz. No idea. Trying to solve the mystery. I recently brought my laptop to an area that is supposed to have Wifi but nothing is working. Plus I have no cell reception to contact technical support either.

As you can see, currently I am the location supposed to have Wifi. Since, I cannot access it on my laptop, I am using one of their computers. Praying I can get the mystery resolved. Between this laptop and my car issues, I give up. Thankfully the car issue is minor and hopping to get it fixed on my next day off whenever that will be.

After I leave here, will return home and contact technical support again.
