Been back for about 90 minutes at this point. So much driving. After dropping  larathen off at his place in Danville I set out for Reading. My family has this unspoken rule where, if any of us are traversing Pennsylvania, we stop at this small chain restaurant called 'Your Place' and bring back Stromboli. Nearest one on the way is in Reading.

I thought Danville was just another one of the sleepy little rural PA towns, not unlike Annville, where my college is. I learned that, one small turn of the side, and you enter into lands untouched by modernity. I even saw a sign for the doleful town of Centralia, the Town Aflame.

I've been over hill and dale, through canyon and mountain and darkened wood. I'll write up a full AC-recap journal tomorrow. Right now, this bull has been behind the wheel for about 8 hours and needs sleep.
