Really? I had heard about the Enterprise being made, had no idea they got sued for it! I would have wanted to go there just to see the thing!
Plus it's like a good way to give it attention again for the new movies, you think they'd pay them or something for free advertisement!

Also Mojang AB doesn't have the same policy X3 user created content is solely the responsibility of the user for minecraft (And more to the point there have been previous cases where users have have similar law suits from companies)
