The anti-nausea drug "Gravol" (or cheaper, generic equivalent) is what I use (dimenhydrinate, the main ingrdient in found in pricey sleep aids). Two tablets and an hour or so later, zzzzzzzzzzzzz

I dislike insomnia. Have had it for years.
Do something to wear yourself out. Sometimes that helps.
