Well its worse and better than I feared.

The Better- The gas leak is an easy fix, one of the hoses, either the tank return or main run has rotted through at the nipple on the engine side. This is good. It'll cost me 150 to get it replaced because they have to get under the car, pull the exhaust (Which turned out to be just fine shockingly.) and drop the tank to replace the line.

The Worse- The dropped cylinder isnt good. Its running about half the compression as the other three at right around 70 PSI. As is I can actually drive it to and from work, because the issue is in the head and isnt killing the engine too bad, but I have no power(0-20 took me 13 seconds on the way home.) so I wont be on the highway. My best guess is a carbon clogged valve sticking open or the rings. I think this has been going on since I got the car in 2006 or 2007 because its always run shaky and rough but usually evened out when it got warmer. Either way the heads gotta come off, this isnt within my range of knowledge or tooling level so it'll have to be done professionally(Expensively.).
