This morning on a busy four lane road, persons unknown chucked two four week old kitten out of their speeding vehicle. Luckily for one of those kittens, a very kind man, who was driving behind the vehicle, immediately stopped to save the kittens. Unfortunately one of those kittens was run over before it could be saved. The other kitten was scooped up and taken to the vet. Though there was a long line at the vet, once people heard what happened, the kitten was immediately rushed to the front and given an examination. Miraculously the kitten was unharmed by the fall except for a small scrape on her nose.

My family had been looking to get a new kitten since our last cat passed away, so when my father's employee, the man who saved the kitten, brought her into the shop, we took her in. She's a little minx cat, grey with white paws and even though she's only four weeks she's has some attitude! Being so young she still needs formula and I'm worried about how she'll get on without her mother and siblings. She's eating though, and being quite demanding about being fed every few hours.

We've named her Bobbi, after the man who saved her life.
