So, I went to stand up while at work yesterday...I hit my head on a fire extinguisher...it was in a damaged holder and fell out...and it went off all over my feet. The powder in those things stinks and tastes terrible. It was probably bad to breathe it in, but it all happened so fast and it just spread everywhere it was kinda unavoidable. Scared me right into an anxiety attack too. I'm alright though...it was just a terrible day overall.

And in other news...my phone now likes to turn itself off and is being even more uncooperative. Just and fyi since its still my only way to get online for the most part.
