•❤•I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason I see fit. For example if I am uncomfortable with the subject matter, your attitude, or if my queue is full.
•❤•I will ask for approval at every stage of the commission (Sketch/Lines/Color, ETC.) This is to ensure that everything is as you want it. If changes are requested after a stage is approved it could cost extra depending on the change and how much I have progressed with the image.
•❤•Once the piece is done and emailed/linked over for final inspection you have the chance to notify me then if something needs changing, but after the final approval any other work requesting to be done to the change will cost.
•❤•I reserve the right to use the finished image in any way I see fit. I retain the right to edit, sell, post, resell and use all art I create, commissions, trades, requests or otherwise. By agreeing to the TOS, you understand that your commission/trade/request may be published and/or sold by me via prints/books/etc UNLESS specifically agreed to BEFORE the process of creating your commission is started.
•❤•Do NOT in any way shape or form sell or distribute my artwork, on merchandise, as prints or otherwise without my expressed permission. This includes ANY of my artwork, commissions/requests included.
•❤• Confidentiality: If you give me permission to upload the commission to my galleries, and do not want to be named or do not wish the commission to be uploaded. TELL ME! I upload just about every commission and I use your username unless specified being call "anonymous."
•❤• Cash Payment, via PayPal ONLY. I accept MANY Forms for payment and payment plans which can be located here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/4842636/
•❤•Once you have payed for the commission, I will NOT refund you your money. However, I will still deliver the agreed product or you can change the commission depending on how far I have started. If I am in the sketch phase of the work, I am willing to start over. Anything after that, it will be as if you got a sketch commission and the rest of your money's worth can be put towards something else. If you have any doubts or ever consider to cancel a commission, regardless of need or reason, don't commission me.
•❤•Unless specified, I do NOT work with deadlines. If you need it by a certain time, let me know. I will make exceptions for birthdays or special occasions. Otherwise, do not rush my artwork. When I am rushed or feel pressured, I don't do produce good art. I get annoyed from this and it prevents me from enjoying your piece. I try to finish between 1 and 2 commissions per week but I am human and I have a chaotic life. I am slow so if that is a problem, do not commission me.
•❤•Please be able to communicate with me! Do not get mad that your commission is not finished when I haven't been able to contact you for 3 weeks ect.
•❤•You can repost the commission anywhere you want (i.e. furaffinity, deviant art, tumblr, facebook) on the condition that you give credit to me as the artist. If the place you are posting it doesn't have a quick link option (like how we can put :icon) then it is required to provide a link back to my page. Please do NOT post artwork that is commissioned by me to other sites UNLESS you are the owner of that character!
