Places to Sell Stuff?
Due to some upcoming life changes, which are really just me sitting back and going "fuck you, old life, I'm done with wasting my entire adult life", I've got to basically get rid of a lot of my stuff.
This means a veritable shit ton of stuffed animals, books, manga... you name it, I've bought way too much of it over the last 15 or so years, and most of it is still in pristine condition. Most of the plushies still have tags on them. They've been stored in a non-smoking, pet-free home that's been kept in ridiculously clean condition because my disabled father lives in the home, so the environment has to be kept extra-clean for him.
What are some of the best places to offload stuff like this? I know I can use eBay, of course, but are there other options that might get more traffic for certain items? For example, does anyone even still USE places like FurBid and FurBuy? XD What about the Dealer's Den?
I've even got some statues/figurines from Patch Together, which appears to be defunct now. (??)
Some of the stuff is so old, I could probably put it up on Etsy and call it "vintage" AHAHAHA. But seriously.
I'll also be making some pre-made plushies and selling those, and eventually opening custom plushie commissions too. I also have WAY too much fur and fabric lying around, and I have to offload some of that too.
It's really hard to try and get rid of the physical representations of, essentially, the last 20 or so years of my life. But what IS more important, the material, or the immaterial things? If I need to leave this life behind and move on, I can't do it if I have to haul truckloads of shit with me. :/

ive always known fur buy and then pppl just sell stuff on here! you cold even do like an auction haha
I hear esty is rather expensive somehow not too sure how tho o:
oh gosh plushies<333 my worst addiction hahaah
But in a way, if I can find it on a shelf and realize I haven't looked at it in YEARS, and I hardly remembered that I even HAD it, then do I really care about it? XD Like this big-nosed German Shepherd plushie I just found... it's from a collection called "THE DOG" and it's cute and I'm like ffff I want to keep it... but... I know I've had it literally for like at least 10 years and IT STILL HAS ITS TAGS ON IT and I haven't done anything with it except sit it on the BACK of a shelf and forget about it. I haven't even displayed it or hugged it or anything. So do I REALLY care about it? :/ Not really. I care about it for that moment when I'm like EEE IT'S SO CUTE! but then that passes as soon as it's out of my sight :/ That's why I hardly bought anything at AX even though I wanted EVERYTHING. XD Because I knew it'd all end up just like this poor plushie... forgotten D:
And yeah, I keep meaning to sell my custom plushies on Etsy but I never got around to trying it XD I hear their fees are brutal though D:
YEAH I figure even if I use the other sites, I'll probably post pics on here with sneaky links to the auctions and be like "look at all this awesome crap! I'm selling it HERE!" XD
I'll hit you with a note later with some details, I've managed to depress myself by just going through one shelf of plushies and listing them on Amazon, so I'm going to drag myself off to bed for now XD and think about the organizational horrors that await me if I decide to sell off my manga argrggggggggggggggg
