I find it really sad that you and others have to explain their lives to people....should be common sense.

I haven't had many times where I haven't been able to resolve an issue, so I'm like, hey y'all, just get a hold of me.

People just need to realize that most artists don't sit around drawing all day and night. They have jobs, errands and emergencies Like everyone else. Its a shame. Regardless Love your work keep it up

I'm always trying to display the same attitude towards artists I commission, and that's "Take your time."

Really. In a quite literal sense, it's your time to work and you can't do art all the time. Some people think artists just don't do anything but sit down and draw, draw, draw (or write, etc) and that's just not true.

So you'll never hear a complaint from me - you do have an outside life, and I understand that - and with your quality of work and prices, you can take all the time that you need to complete (and I hope enjoy completing!) a piece.

I hope more and more people can being to understand that. So take care of what's really important or necessary first

This seriously bugs me that people have the nerve to complain about prices and such. It's a job for some, and a profitable hobby for others. You don't see people walking into computer stores or walmart telling the salesmen the prices are to high. Because its quite the opposite, and for art as well. Too many people undercharge for what they're selling. :c

Art is a Luxury, but if you've taken on a commission you need to take on a certain sense of professionalism in order to actually do the job you've been given.

If it's a side-note, then you need to mention it.

Im not trying to say that my commissioners art isn't important, I'm just saying that people should come to me with their problems if they pertain to me.
