Thanks for the awesome work on the rescue sign! =D We've been having some tough issues lately, and I think it will really cheer the owner up. ^.=.^ Oh, and tell Dobie I found out Saturday that they have two Dobermans out there. They're still pretty young. Zephyr took pictures of them for us. I'll get them up here eventually.

Well yeah... I hear your technic is... I mean to say...you're so good with your hands...so..skillful.

It's really all about taking your time, work it slow and polish it until it shines and no one will deny it's quality.

Sounds like you a real pro, must get pricked a lot handling so much wood.

Might have to see about some future work. Have a few houses in the family being remodeled and have some work that will need to be done. How are you at cabinet making or crown molding?

I've made cabinet doors before to replace ones that either warped or once when a guy needed a custom one made to cover a new opening under his oven, never built the actual cabinets though. I've done a shelving system for a garage before and I think if I refined that to be cleaner looking and trimmed it out it should work fairly well.

I've done moulding as well, but to get the best corners I'd need a miter saw and I don't currently own one, not that it can't be done, it's just those precision miters with a circular saw are a real bitch.

It will be some time before I get into any of that work. Mom hasn't even closed on her new house, so I can't even start remodeling her old house for myself yet. I'm sure I will be picking up a lot of tools to use when remodeling that house, was actually thinking I should start looking for a good deal on a miter saw the other day. I keep using my neighbors after all.
