Something is wrong with my laptop TT-TT Please help me

Ok, so, for the past week or so, everytime I've tryed to download
something (anything) it says that it has a virus and deletes it -_-
no matter what I try to download!!!

Oh, and dont tell me to "try and download this" cause, like I said, I cant download

There is a virus protector on here and it's working fine............well, maybe it's just saying it is DX

my VP did the same to me, i switched to a new one and it fixed it
