I am so saddened! Why did they want to keep her?

because they feel her last days would be better lived out there they have a/c and access to better quality food and if she starts feeling pain they can treat her easier she has swollen tyroids so they figue between that and cronic blood problems she doesn,
,t have long giving her over to them is the hardest thing i,ve ever done but i do it because i love her very very much and if this is for the best i,ll do it

Sorry for your lose, I am washing Bella once a day to keep the bastards off of her. (we got her from an old woman that overfed Bella all the time, she can't reach her own backside because she's too fat. She has gotten used to stealing food so the diet has not worked thus far. So I wash her a lot to get rid of them, I just don't know where she goes in the time I'm at work or asleep where she gets herself infested with such huge fleas! usually several thousand are on her.

My heart aches for you. I understand that this was a tremendously difficult decision for you but you know in your heart, it was the correct one. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Right now, the emotional pain is overwhelming and all is so fresh in your mind. Given time, the sadness will be replaced with sweeter memories and she will live on in your heart, forever.

My very sincere condolences to you, DW. Giving up a pup is one of the hardest decisions a person could make. I'm so sorry. *hugs*
