no. the legality of an action has very little to do with it's morality.
[03] Abortion: for or against it?
interesting wording of this question. it should be, "Choice: for or against it?" yes, I am for the ability for women to receive abortions under certain circumstances. what are they? well.. I think women should decide that. an american council of women should decide about things like breast cancer, abortions, etc.
[04] Do you think the world would fail with a female president?
the world? since when is the president in charge, or even responsible for the world? and no, I think that a woman can be just as ready to lead as any man could. I mean.. it's not like men have been doing a particularly good job of it lately... I think a female president would be a refreshing change.
[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?
I don't believe that killing people who kill people proves that killing people is wrong.
[06] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
I wish that there weren't laws in place to fill our jails up with non-violent criminals (ie: dope producers, consumers, etc.) and thereby make money for everyone involved. I wish that there was also not legislation by Dow chemicals to keep it illegal forever, since hemp, since hemp is a material that rivals plastic in it's multipurpose application. marraige? that's for the congregation to decide, not the state (separation of church and state, anyone?) should same-sex unions receive state benefits? if opposite-sex unions receive state benefits, then yes.

lol! I think it's wrong that it is illegal, yes. I think that when there is an action (hispanics moving to the us to work in droves) there should be an equal reaction (gov't sanctioned work permits that allow the people to come here, work for fair pay, and live, but not vote, unless they became citizens. most of the hispanics I've worked with don't want to stay- they just desperately need money.)
[11] A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
unless I'm the twelve year old girl, or one of her parents, this does not concern me.
[12] Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
no, I like 20 year old scotches.. oh!! you mean the legal drinking age? no, I think it's fine where it is because of the driving age. those two things should be set at different ages, and beginning college students need to drive, but probably don't need to drink.

i'm pretty keen on obama's idea of pulling ou all but 4k troops to defent specific points, and let the government create itself. hey- no one rushed in with tanks when america was forming itself.
[14] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
I think there should be a "right to die" for people who are being kept alive on machines and tubes by a relative who is waiting for a cure or miracle. some people need to learn how to let go. I also need to learn more about this question and what specifically is illegal re: assisted suicide.

I would like to think I'm more creative than that. occasionally, I see other kids who I would like to give a good belting, though.
