I want a Gros Michel banana now. The original banana flavored banana!
So last week my ssd (solid state drive) died. Not sure what happened really, just randomly blue-screened and suddenly would no longer be detected by the bios. The bios seems to try and detect it, i mean it knows that something is connected at first and then spends a good 2 minutes attempting to read it during POST when I start the computer up, but then ultimately fails and just says that nothing is there.
Tried different sata ports, tried the drive solo, tried as a secondary drive, tried messing with any setting in the bios related to how it reads and works with these drives...nada. Only thing I can find online just says to update the firmware on the drive...which I would love to try, but I cant seeing as how I can't even fuckin' start the thing.
Ah well... Didn't lose anything too important. ...except all my bookmarks and browser settings, along with my fuckin Pathfinder character sheets.
I blame this on Bill Gates.

Fine by me... I actually HATE bananas. I cannot stand them! At least not these cavandish ones. I can stand the artificial flavoured candy, so I assume I'd survive eating those oldschool ones if they were still around.
But no, I cannot bring myself to eat bananas. They are my least favourite food of all time. It's not even allergies - the moment one of those little bastards hits my tastebuds, I physically wretch and it won't even allow me to swallow. My body rejects the banana.
So, there's a little more new information -
Bananas are loved by 2/3ds of all people. The rest of us Despise them. There is no middle ground with them, you either love them or you hate them; and I don't love them.
The variety most cultivated for commercial purposes may be nearly wiped out, but there are thousands of other kinds of bananas.
If the Cavendish is fungus'd to death, they'll just switch to a different cultivar.

I know it cant be that I somehow reached this limit, because this occurred right after a random bluescreen, and also the fact that my brother uses the exact same SSD, which he bought *months* before I got mine, and his is still going fine.
