relinquishedpain here. During our stay in the furry community we've come across quite a number of people who either, hate furries because they don't understand, or because the media has sensationalized the worst of us, love furries, but only know of a small portion of the fandom as a whole, and those who will stand up for the best of the fandom, while trying to pretend the worst doesn't exist. To that end, we have written up an article, and will continue to add to it as necessary, in an effort to more fully explain the fandom in all its aspects without going into gruesome detail of every tiny little thing. We would like to share this article with you, in the hopes that we can both get some feedback, and maybe help spread some awareness and understanding through the fandom as a whole, and maybe some of our detractors as well.
So without further adieu... The Furry Phenomenon.
On that note, please remember, this article is the result of several years of our own opinion and observations, there will be those of you who disagree with what we have to say, and you are more than welcome to contact us with any rational negative critism and discussion, any worthwhile points both positive and negative will be taken into account and added to the article as necessary.
If you like the article as is, or even if you like it and have something to say, you are also free to link to the article whenever and wherever you wish. Do not repost any or all of the article, but linking to it is fine. Either way, thank you for taking the time to read this, and (we hope) the article in question, and here's to helping the world understand furries as a whole.

For that matter, we've gotten little response to TFP either, but, if it helps one person in its lifetime, then it was not a waste. So either way, thank you for taking the time to read it. *Snuggles a yelleena.*
The only real difference between furries and non furries, is we openly accept each other regardless our views, and any intrapersonal issues. (Barring a very vocal few of course.) Though, we suppose the same could probably be applied to non furries anyway, just we are more visable, being online where 'everything' is public domain.
Still, thank you for taking the time to read it, we are glad you enjoyed it.
