Weapony "made" violation that could happen to you and me

Although I don't have firearms or weapons nor I fully understand the situation, I feel in this country people like you and me can still get arrested and have everything turned against us for no good reason. Ideas like "it won't be me, I never done anything wrong" does not apply on all cases anymore case shit happens, there isn't a Dumbledore volunteer to defend you when you need one, all you get that help the most are advices. But you can't just take advices and use them all, once you took a wrong advice you loose a good portion of your life to so call "justice" that neither the country nor any one who is close to you can pay you back.
My shit doesn't make sense, but I am upset that justices bend so many ways that best thing to do is to be a lawyer and know everything, or prey bad luck doesn't fall on you

It sounds to me like its pretty cut and dry, the police have the burden of proof here, and without any evidence he did anything of the sort, I dont think they can do anything legally.
