[Not sure how to do this, so I'm sorry if it's a lot of words. Just wanted to make it as easy as possible for everyone involved!]

Alright, here's how this will go!
If you would like to commission me, please send me a private message, or email me at zeropro.commissions[at]gmail.com
Please make the subject: "[Commission] Name, Urgency"
You can use a nickname or your username if you want, or even the name of your character. This just helps me keep track of things.
Let me know if this is something you need done quickly, soon, or whenever. I take these first come first serve, but if someone has an urgent request then I might work on theirs first. If for some reason you do need it done quickly, please include the reason in the message.
Your subject should look something like this: [Commission] Zero, Anytime
Please include this info in the body:
Number of characters:
Style you desire: (basically your choices from the price list)
Purpose for commission: Knowing what you want the image for helps me visualize how it should look.
Description of what you would like the image to look like.
Description of the characters (info I might not get from looking at them, like their age or relationship to the other characters in the image. just, whatever you think i should know).
Source images, or a physical description of the characters.

Procedure
Once I get your email or message, I will respond with the price I've calculated based on your request, and any questions I have. We can discus cost and image details until you are happy with the price.
I wont start working on your image until I receive payment. After you've deposited the money, let me know and I will send you a screenshot as a receipt.
After you've made the payment, I might start on your commission right away or you might have to wait a while, depending on how busy I am. When I do start I will let you know, and you can usually expect it done within 3-5 days.
I will keep in touch while working on it, usually questions turn up while I'm working.
If you've made payment, and have waited a while and haven't heard from me, feel free to ask me why I haven't started on your piece. You have a right to know.
If you've waited so long you no longer want the art, I can refund your money as long as you still have the receipt. Send it back to me with your info and I will send you back your money. No refunds once I've started working on the thing.
